At Toad’s Mill we produce exceptional quality Spelt flour grown on our small family farm in Herefordshire. Our flour is stone ground at a water mill in the UK into two varieties Light White and Wholemeal flour. Both are well suited to all your baking needs whether it be baking bread with the Wholemeal or creating wonderful breakfast pancakes or muffins with the Light White. Spelt flour gives a delicious nutty flavour, providing all your bakes with a wonderful taste.
