Pesto Swirl Rolls recipe – The Artisan Food Trail

We’re not going to say that these Pesto Swirl Rolls are dead easy to make because there is an element of skill in their construction. The mixing and kneading is simple enough but once you get the hang of the dough twisting, the end result will make you proud of your effort.

The rolls are good to eat just as they come and are an excellent accompaniment to our Tomato & Fennel Soup. They would also make a delicious savoury breakfast and be a perfect picnic treat and can be enjoyed either cold or warmed.
