Recipe: Blood Orange & Cardamom Cake
Fragrant and citrussy, this Blood Orange & Cardamom Cake is gluten free and a good way to use up any oranges sitting in the fruit bowl.
We used blood oranges as they were in season at the time and being tempted by rather a large net of them, they needed using up before passing their best.
If you don’t have blood oranges any other types of orange will do, even satsumas.
