Recipe: Baked Hake with Chorizo and Roasted Vegetables
When faced with the prospect of two thick fish steaks, succulent hake in this instance, the question arose: How best to prepare them for a delicious meal? The answer, is baked hake done in the oven. With the desire to create a complete, satisfying meal without the burden of a sink full of dishes, we’ve often found that tray baking is the perfect solution.
What we truly appreciate about this cooking method is its ability to inspire creativity in flavour combinations with the least amount of fuss. You don’t need to slavishly follow our suggestions, feel free to add your favourite vegetables. Sweet peppers and tomatoes would also work equally well.
