Recipe: Chicken, Fennel & Apple Pasta Salad
Chicken goes so well with creamy textures and the aniseed flavour of tarragon and fennel.
Our pasta salad uses a mixture of mayonnaise, Greek yogurt with fresh tarragon and fennel fronds to create an unctuous herbal sauce which combines with pieces of crunchy tangy apple.
If you have any leftover cold roast chicken and turkey, the an ideal recipe to use it up., just skip the poaching the chicken stage.
